The freight company delivers your order to your address at the truckās tail end. If there are long pallets, which cannot fit onto the liftgate must be unloaded by hand.
If there are heavy and large items, they may require help from two or three people. For example, a Utility Cabinet or Oven Cabinet can be shipped on 96ā long double pallet. In this case, because of the size, the driver cannot use the liftgate. You need to unload them manually.
The responsibility of the Driver is to bring the products to the tailgate of the trailer. The receiving customers are required to have enough people ready to offload items as soon as the truck arrives. Truck may not have a pallet jack, dolly, or lift-gate. Trailer will be parked only on legal parking spots on paved public roads.
If driver needs to wait an additional time to get unloaded, the customer may be charged the carrierās fee of $100 for every 45 minutes.

Customer is required to check off product from packing list to ensure they got all items with no visible damage from the outside. If anything is missing or has visible damage, it must be noted on the driverās packing slip (POD/BOL) before signing.
