General Return/Replacement Policy
We provide free replacement service for damaged/defective items.
If you are not satisfied with the products, you may return them in 30 days. You need to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Remember, all returned items are subject to a 25% restocking fee. You need to arrange and pay for the shipment of the returned items.
Return Policy
Before Purchasing
Since every kitchen consist of different size of cabinets and parts make sure you are ordering correct items. Double and triple check help to avoid unnecessary loss of time and resources. Our website is designed to help you choose the right product. Always check model specifications and installation guides before purchasing.
Damaged Shipments
When you receive your order, always check your package, inside and outside, before accepting the delivery. Customer is required to check off product from packing list to ensure they got all items with no visible damage from the outside. If anything is missing or has visible damage, it must be noted on the driver’s packing slip (POD/BOL) before signing.
Defective Products
If you receive an item that is defective upon delivery, and it is not related to shipping, please contact our customer support at support@cabinetkb.comwithin 48 hours of receipt. We will issue an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.
Failure to do so will revoke the customer’s right to claim missing or damaged items. Any observed defects that take place after the initial use must be taken up with the manufacturer’s warranty.
Product does not meet your needs
Before placing your order, confirm that you are ordering the correct model and correct door style. Also, confirm that the model’s specifications will meet your needs and that the installation will be compatible. Any products you receive that do not meet your needs need to be submitted to our Returns Department within 30 daysof receipt. Any product that has been installed or has had attempted installation cannot be returned. All returned products must in brand-new condition with all packaging, literature, and blank warranty cards enclosed in the exact condition in which they were received.
